We are a two surgery site and the surgery opening hours are normally 8:30am to 2:00pm or 8:30am to 6:30pm. The telephone lines are open between 8:00am and 8:30am for urgent same day appointments only.
One surgery will always be open until 6:30pm, the other one will close at 2:00pm.
However, this can be subject to change so it is recommended patients should always phone to check first before travelling. (The Brook Surgery opens at 7.30am on Mondays and closes at 1.00pm)
We do open on some Saturdays each month: 08:30 – 10:50. Appointments for the Saturday surgeries must be pre-booked, no walk in appointments will be available and telephone calls cannot be answered on Saturdays.
The surgery is closed for bank holidays.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
This number will connect you to the South Oxfordshire Out-of-Hours Service. Your call will be taken by trained staff who will establish whether you need to come in to the centre in Abingdon Hospital to be seen by a doctor or nurse. During the evening, and at some times at weekends, there will be satellite centres in Abingdon Community Hospital and Townlands Hospital, Henley to which you may be directed.If you need a home visit, you will be visited by a trained clinician, who may not be a doctor. They will deal with your requirements appropriately.

Out-of-Hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
