We can confirm that we are in the early stages of a merger with The Rycote Practice (based in Thame). We plan to continue to provide that high quality personalised care that we know our patients value.

There are no plans to make changes to the staff you know at The Chiltern & The Brook Surgeries. There will though be two future retirements: Dr Ding, after many years as a Partner, will be retiring on the 31st March 2026 and Dr McManus will continue to work for a few months before retiring at the end of June 2026, after many years as a Partner. New GPs will be recruited to replace Dr Ding’s and Dr McManus’s clinical sessions.
A retirement event will be arranged this spring to acknowledge and thank Dr Ding and Dr McManus for their long service and valued contributions to the surgeries over the last thirty years.
