Autumn Flu Vaccination Schedule

Flu days will he held for all eligible patients in October every year.  They will take place on the dates advertised on the website or option 5 on the telephone. Please do not telephone us to ask when they are – please listen to the dedicated phone message (option5) or check the surgery website.

Those aged 50 years and over Those aged 16 to under 65 years in clinical risk groups Pregnant women Those in long-stay residential care homes or nursing homes or other long-stay health and social care facilities Carers Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals Frontline health and social care staff

Face Coverings should be worn unless you are medically exempt.

Please do not come to the surgery if you are unwell or have any Covid Symptoms.

 

Vaccinations in the form of a nasal spray for children aged 2 and 3 years of age  will be by appointment slot only each year.

Note;        No other appointments will be available for Flu vaccinations, so eligible patients must ensure they attend one of the above dates to ensure they receive their annual protection.

Children between the ages of 4 and 16 will be vaccinated at their school, the Practice is not permitted to vaccinate this age group.
