Newsletters

The PPG newsletters will appear as regularly as we hold meetings.  If you have any problems downloading a Newsletter, please email us via [email protected]

We would welcome any feedback, particularly regarding any concerns you may have about the service you have received – or are about to receive – from the Practice or any department within the NHS.

Note; this email address is for queries relating to the PPG or the web site in general, not for matters relating to personal health, appointments, medical treatments, prescriptions etc.

Contact the relevant surgery by phone for any such issues you may have.

We operate a Steering Group and  Full Group.  The Steering Group normally consists of two member’s from Watlington and two from Chalgrove who meet more regularly with the Practice Manager to review Practice issues.  The Full Group meets three or four times a year to review the Practice situation. We also try and have a speaker at the Full Meetings who gives us a talk on medical or social care matters.

We try and issue a Newsletter after each Full Meeting.

The latest one is January 2023

Earlier Newsletters can be viewed by clicking here.

Minutes of Meetings

Since lockdown started in March 2020, we have been unable to hold face to face meetings.  In June 2021 we initiated online meetings and minutes can be seen below.

Minutes of the PPG meetings will appear here a few days after the actual meetings have occurred. If you have any queries, please contact us at [email protected]*

Medical Articles

The PPG holds meetings a number of times through the year. One objective of these meetings is to learn more about the operation of the Practice and to pass on information to the rest of the patient population.

At each meeting there is usually a speaker who gives a talk on topics requested by the PPG. Following each talk we will publish an article including a summary of the topic.

Please e-mail us on [email protected] with your feedback and any suggestions for future topics.

Contact the relevant surgery by phone for any such issues you may have.
