All the Doctors at the two surgeries work in Partnership and overlap for emergency care. Each patient is registered with the Practice, not individual Doctors but, where possible, we try to encourage patients to see the same doctor each time they attend. While the booking system is flexible to allow this, it may not always be possible, particularly if the patient wants an urgent appointment or visits. Patients who feel they need to be seen urgently will be offered an appointment the same day (please call before 10 am). Please note the Receptionists will ask you for brief details of your ailment so they can book you with the correct clinician (GP, nurse, Pharmacist, or First Contact Physiotherapist) in the appropriate timeframe.
